When tracking my order the tracking number does not work or there aren't any results

IMPORTANT information: 🇬🇧 For UK orders please track your item at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Information may take 5-7 days to update from the moment you receive your tracking number. This is because your order has not arrived in the United Kingdom yet, but it will after 5-7 days and you will be able to track your parcel: When it has arrived in the UK, when has reached your local courier and when it will be delivered

Please contact us at info@theneatlook.com if it has been more than 10 days and there isn't any tracking info at Royal Mail. We will be more than happy to help you and look into it

For other countries: Information may take 5-7 days until the parcel reaches your country. This is completely normal and your parcel is on it's way to you! Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@theneatlook.com should you have any questions

I have opened my parcel and there are items missing

We may ship orders in more than one parcel so not to worry all your items will be delivered to you but they might be in another parcel arriving after few days

1. How long are shipping times?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide Free Shipping on all orders. We aim to deliver to you wherever you are, however, some products might not be available for shipping to your country. In this case we will make it clear in the product description.

Please note due to our large inventory we have multiple warehouse holdings and therefore orders will arrive individually

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your item (European countries) and 2-8 weeks for US. Please do contact us if it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item. There's detailed shipping times in every description product, please check it to know when should you expect your amazing order

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2-3 days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when placing an order and a shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been dispatched (please check your spam folder too).

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.

In most cases, tracking will be available, sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience in these situations.

2. What's your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. To exchange an item please return it first and purchase another item.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
